Physics majors study General Physics courses in addition to Advanced and difficult topics like quantum mechanics, thermodynamics, relativity physics, and so on. Physics major is one of the most difficult physics branches, it involves mathematics and at the same time requires good intuition and interest to solve difficult physics queries.

It is very hard and barely impossible to take University Physics courses without studying High School physics, but you have to understand that a lot of people don’t take physics in high school. Thus they get forced to take them later in colleges like physics 101 or Algebra-based physics.
But the best thing for students who are looking to major in engineering or physics is to take AP Physics courses in high school. There are Great preparation courses, in addition, they give credits to students, so they don’t have to retake some Physics courses in college later.

Even if you take Computer science or biology or other branches not involving physics in their programs. You still require to complete one Basic course in chemistry, physics, and biology. For this reason, the best thing to do is to take physics in high school.
